Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills. It carries out inspections and reports on schools; making assessments on whether best practice is being followed and whether statutory requirements are being met.

SIAMS inspections focus on how a Church school’s Christian vision shapes the lives of pupils and adults. They evaluate the school’s vision, the provision made because of it, and its effectiveness in enabling all pupils to flourish.
We are delighted that our most recent SIAMS Report beautifully captures the heart of St Wilfrid’s. It affirms our strong Christian vision as a "lived reality" where pupils and staff flourish together. The report highlights our “tangible culture of love and kindness, where individuals are valued, nurtured, and believed in,” as well as reflects our joyful and reflective collective worship and RE curriculum that promotes critical thinking and understanding of different worldviews.
